Wedding Day Management
Let Katie & her team take the stress away for your wedding day. We’ll send you our Wedding Checklist for you to work through in the weeks leading up to your wedding. 3 weeks prior, we’ll set up a Zoom meeting to confirm all of your wedding details and figure out what still needs to be done. From here, we’ll create a detailed timeline and take over all of the correspondence with your vendor team. On your wedding day, we’ll be there from start to finish executing the details and managing the logistics to ensure everything runs flawlessly so you can focus on what really matters - each other.
Available at special rate of $1200 with purchase of Backyard Backdrop package.
Photography
Lori is a kind and warm-hearted individual that really gets to know her clients on a personal level. She is always smiling, and will make you feel relaxed in front of the camera. Sweetpea Photography’s images are classic, timeless and romantic. We are honoured that she’s an extended a special rate as an add on to our decor packages.
Available starting at $2500 for a 4 hour package.
Floral
We’ve partnered with our friends at The Flower Factory to provide the arrangements included with your decor package. They are happy to provide additional florals if you want to fill your day with even more beautiful blooms.

Rentals
A&B Partytime Rentals have been in business for over 60 years and are renowned for their full service rentals. If you’re looking for chairs to add to your ceremony design, or need tableware for your wedding dinner, they have an impressive inventory to select from.
Ceremony chair rentals starting at $6/per chair + delivery
Table Decor
If you’re looking to complete your wedding with an intimate reception or dinner, we can create a custom floor plan and table design to match your selected backdrop. We will also arrange table & chair rental on your behalf if required.
